Terms:
Capital-SP Academy, their executive, directors, coaches, managers, volunteers, staff and members are not responsible for any injury loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person while traveling to or participating in and all related team activities, including any injury, loss or damage which might be caused by the negligence or gross negligence of participating parties.
It is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian or Sponsor to ensure the safety of the player specific to COVID-19/Corona virus. A Compliance and Waiver form must be completed prior participation. Additionally all EMSA, EDSA, ASA and Canada Soccer rules and guidelines must be followed.
Consent and Release of Personal Information:

To the Team Manager to create and distribute a contact/team list containing the following information: Player Information; Address; Home Phone Number; Cell Number (s); Parents/Guardian or Sponsor’ names; email address(s).

To Capital-SP Academy board or staff to create email distribution list for club information; release player information to EMSA, EDSA, ASA, CSA.

To allow team and/or individual player picture(s) and video to be displayed on academy website. (Names will not be displayed).
I confirm that the information contained in the contact list shall not be released to any person other than the current Team Officials, a current player, identified family member of the players, and/or current members of the Academy Executive Board or Staff of Capital-SP Academy. I also agree, that I in turn, will not release any of the personal information distributed to me from the team, academy or any of the organisations personnel, to any persons not affiliated with Capital-SP Academy Inc as legislated by the Person Information Protection Act and in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Alberta Soccer Association, Edmonton Minor Soccer Association and Edmonton & District Soccer Association.
Fundamentals are the core exercises that make up the foundation for all other skills in the technical, physical, psychological and leadership parts of the game.
Every sport has fundamental exercises and skills that if you master will help you more than anything else in becoming a player of the highest quality or just for fun. They include passing, shooting, dribbling, to name a few.
Beyond physical skills, football helps kids develop teamwork, discipline, and social skills. It's an accessible way for youth to enjoy the sport, stay fit, and build character in a fun, inclusive environment.
