Below is a list of the top Speed Test Combine participants.

The Asymmetrical Sprint

This sprint is done on a course 40 yards in length with 3 turns. Facing down the course, the player starts in a 2-point stance with back to the starting line next to first pole.
During a game players often cover great distances. However most of it will be in what looks like an erratic nature as they attempt to dribble, find space and mark players. The speed they are able to perform these actions greatly increases their time on the ball.

The 40 Yard Dash

Acceleration and Top end speed is always important. Getting to those long balls, chasing down an attacker  or just beating your opponent with pure speed. This 40 yard dash will see how you stack up.
Player starts in a 2-point stance. After player hears, “Go” from Instructor, he must run the 40-yard length and cross the finish line as fast as they can. After running the 40-yard dash, players return to player holding area near starting line to acknowledge their time.
