Position Specific Drill

During a game with more often than not spending no more than 5% of it on the ball, we need to be sure that when we do, it is with decision and precision. This drill calls on the player to demonstrate exemplary ball control using a proficient first touch and passing skills to complete the task in the quickest time.
A proficient player should be able to receive and distribute accurately, efficiently and as quickly as possible.
The combination of time and errors show Ball Control, Agility, Flexibility, Mobility, Coordination & Balance at speed.
